This updated and stylish 1980's home is in a beautiful and peaceful Post Falls neighborhood. Lots of cool features and still room for upgrades. It backs up to wilderness and is situated on a loop that is rarely trafficked. Great home!
A couple notes:
-I filmed this virtual tour for a client, so some of my comments are referring to discussions that we have had in the past
-The Smell! You'll notice my first comment is about the smell of the house! I am super sensitive to odors so that is always my first impression. And my clients have discussed this issue with me before as well.
-The open concept bathroom in the master is pretty astonishing. That alone might be holding this home up from selling! I don't think I have talked to anyone who would want a bathroom in the middle of their bedroom.
Overall I liked the house. I think they did a decent job with updates even if they were a bit on the cheap side. But really nice property and definitely a livable home with some room to increase value at the same time.
